Garganuda is the vinous marriage of Stefano Menti, fifth generation winemaker at Giovanni Menti, and his dear friend Andrea Fiorini Carbognin. Together they biodynamically farm small parcels in Soave and Valpolicella.
Comprising 80% corvina and 20% rondinella, the fruit is both fermented and raised in large concrete tanks, spending a year at rest. It is light, distinctly mineral thanks to volcanic soils, and spice-driven. Drink lightly chilled.
