Looking down on the world from 700masl is Cantina Furlani’s current custodian, third generation vigneron Matteo Furlani. He continues to farm as his predecessors did, turning it up a notch with the incorporation of biodynamic preps.

Moni is a blend of Moscato Giallo, Nosiola and Verdealbara (roughly 1/3’s). 6 days skin maceration, aged in stainless steel on lees and bottled in spring following harvest. Aromatic with crisp alpine herbs, lemon zest, and rocky minerality, this wine has body and structure due to the short time on skins and lees ageing but remains fresh & vibrant.
