Massimo Palmieri and his family left Milan for a quieter life in the rolling foothills of Marche. Obsessed with the qvevri-raised wines of Georgia, he only uses stainless steel and Georgian qvevri to ferment and age the wines that come from his biodynamically-farmed vineyard.
His only non-verdicchio cuvée, Vinosauro is a rustic and jovial wine, showing grip from the skins without compromising drinkability. Give it some air, it drinks best cool not cold.
