Dalwhinnie produces classic and persistent wines of superb quality. This elegant shiraz comes from the original vineyard with some rounding from their Forest Hutt plantings down the road.
It is fermented over a fortnight in steel then aged in large, old French oak for fourteen months. Dark, spice-laden and rich, it is a friend to hearty protein, though not too dense that it can’t be enjoyed as the meat is roasting away.
