A classic expression of traditional Barolo, the 2020 vintage from Borgogno is structured yet refined, with lifted aromas of dried rose, cherry, and wild herbs. The palate is taut and precise, offering sour cherry, anise, and earthy undertones wrapped in firm, fine-grained tannins. There’s a vibrant acidity that drives length and balance, with subtle notes of tar and spice emerging as it opens.
