Domaine Sparr is the combination of two incredibly experienced Alsatian wine families, with the Sparr family being in Alsace since 1634 with Charles being the 12th generation! Since the marriage of Amélie and Charles, these two young vignerons have strived to bring to life an entirely biodynamically-farmed range of wines. 

A citrus-driven Riesling (particularly ripe—bergamot, blood orange) that, at almost six years old, is beginning to dip into a savoury, textural  landscape. Being this complex, it will benefit greatly from time in the glass.
