Located in Friuli Pozzuolo, Villa job is the estate of vinous power couple Alessandro Job and Lavinia Monrreale. The estate is 6.5 Ha, with soils comprising clay, sandstone and marl. The vines on average are 20 years old and farmed organically. We have been blown away by the freshness and vitality of these wines, kicking ourselves for not discovering them sooner!

Untitled is a wild and expressive white wine from Villa Job Winery, made with 100% Friulano. It kicks off with spontaneous fermentation and a short but impactful two-day skin maceration in concrete tanks, adding depth and texture. Then, it takes its time aging—first in concrete for several months, then in oak barrels for nine more months—developing layers of richness and complexity. Unfiltered, unfined, and full of character, it’s a free-spirited, boundary-pushing white that refuses to be labeled.
