Massimo Palmieri and his family left Milan for a quieter life in the rolling foothills of Marche. Obsessed with the Qveri-raised wines of Georgia, Massimo only uses Stainless Steel and Georgian Qveri to ferment and age the wines that come from his biodynamically farmed 3.7 Hectare vineyard just outside the town of Jesi. Everything is done by hand from vineyard to cellar and only a negligible amount of sulphur is added at bottling.

100% organically farmed Verdicchio. This wine spends 8 months on it’s skins inside a Georgian Qveri buried and sealed in the earth before being sent to bottle for a further month. Deep golden in colour it has a plethora of aromatics ranging from orange blossom, herbs, walnut and honey. Deeply complex, this is an all-enveloping wine that unravels further and further with time in glass.
