2023 Good Intentions 'Relatively White'

Andrew and Louise Burchell make wines of great energy and individuality from the volcanic soils of Mount Gambier. This is part of their entry-level range and a wine we love to drink every year.

The fruit comes from sandy, limestone soils only kilometres from the ocean from the seaside region of Mount Benson in South Australia’s Limestone Coast, from Cape Jaffa’s certified biodynamic vineyard. They are co-fermented and left on skins for a fortnight to produce a tropical, textural wine of substance and freshness.
