To that end, as we know well, the wine world can be rife with hype but there are some voices that don't need to shout from the rooftops to be heard. 

These are the voices of thoughtful, passionate winemakers like Daniel Sage in Ardeche, Romain le Bars in the Rhone and Frederic Cossard in Burgundy.
