100% whole-bunch gamay and 50/50 whole bunch shiraz grown on granitic sand at 450masl on Mount Alexander. Fermented and raised in stainless steel, it’s an energetic, fruit-forward and spice-laden blend that can be served chilled or enjoyed as is.
