Massimo Palmieri and his family left Milan for a quieter life in the rolling foothills of Marche. Obsessed with the qvevri-raised wines of Georgia, he only uses stainless steel and Georgian qvevri to ferment and age the wines that come from his biodynamically-farmed vineyard. 

Made from the indigenous grape lacrima, Massimo has made an absolutely delicious pet nat. Drink very cold (and open slowly) as an aperitif to get the party started!
