Looking down on the world from 700masl is Cantina Furlani’s current custodian, third generation vigneron Matteo Furlani. He continues to farm as his predecessors did, turning it up a notch with the incorporation of biodynamic preps.

Macerato is a blend of Muller Thurgau, Traminer and Sauvignon Blanc sees 2 weeks on skins. Bright green apple leads to lightly salted lemon peels. This combination is vibrant but has enough fruit to keep balance. Soft tannins take the form of peach skins, leading to light nectarine fruit on the finish.
