Prancing Horse rarely requires an introduction. The estate was the first to convert entirely to biodynamic farming on the Mornington Peninsula and has developed a reputation for great, ageworthy Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

There is an unmistakable freshness and liveliness in their wines, which we can’t help but attribute to the fastidious farming and cellar practices. This is equal parts savoury and fruit-pure, lingering long with immense clarity.
