Peter Schell and Magali Galy have carved out quite a reputation for themselves. Having spent extended periods in the south of France, they developed an affection for the Rhône Valley and the grapes endemic to it.

Made with a nod to the wines of Bandol, the wine spends six months on lees to create depth and power while retaining freshness. Expect lifted red fruits, vibrant floral and spice notes and a pulsating mineral stoniness flow through the fleshy, satin-like texture to a moreish, berry-soaked close.
