This one is a pretty classic premier cru Chablis, with some chalky-mineral notes integrated with stone fruit aromas of ripe chardonnay, the bouquet building detail the longer it’s in the glass. In the mouth, it’s fuller and rounder than a traditional ‘village’ or ‘petit’ Chablis, thanks to riper and more concentrated grapes, the acidity harmonious and lacking the sharpness and tang that Chablis can often provide. Lovely balance and drinkability.
