Vincent Tremblay’s grandparents began growing grapes in Poinchy’s limestone-rich soils in the 1950s. By the '70s, his father, Gerard, expanded the family vineyards to over 30 hectares across Chablis, including prized 1er and Grand Cru plots. Today, Vincent champions organic farming and stainless-steel winemaking to highlight Chablis' mineral character.

This Petit Chablis embodies his style—ripe, rounded, and vibrant. Fermented in stainless steel, it reveals the purity of the limestone soils with a fresh, flinty edge. Expect citrus aromas, green apple, pear flavours, and a lively minerality that keeps the wine taut and refreshing.
