One of our dearest friends (who also happens to import some of Italy's most avant-garde and exciting wines) has collaborated with a producer based in the rolling hills of Tuscany to bring us this bottle of Italiano joy.
It is a small trial to begin with, with the winemakers individually fermenting each variety with around 20 days of skin contact. The resulting wine is complex, captivating and very moreish.
