Michael Bertoni farms 34ha of land, 8ha of which are planted to indigenous varieties to Emilia-Romagna. He’s been farming this land for over twenty years and firmly believes in natural cultivation, employing only organic or biodynamic practices in the vineyard and the cellar.

This is his tavolo rosso and it’s fantastic. It’s fruit-driven, but with an earthy and savoury frame. There is a subtle spritz that dissipates quickly. Perfect for midweek dinners.
