Nevio Scala won the 1983 Champions League with AC Milan then went on to coach Parma from Serie B to Serie A. He came from humble agricultural beginnings, and to these humble roots he has regrafted himself.

Organically-farmed fruit comes into the cellar pristine then fermented and raised in concrete over winter and spring then bottled in early summer. Not quite white, not quite orange, it is massively textural and equally delicious.
