A piquant blend of chardonnay and souvignier gris from the Veneto—the latter a crossing of bronner (itself a crossing) and cabernet sauvignon. It is hand-harvested then only the best bunches are selected. It begins  wild-fermenting in stainless steel before being bottling with fermentation miles left to walk.

A melange of citrus topped with fresh herbs, the taste of joy on a humid night around the corner.
