This cuvee is named after the A8 autoroute that runs from Aix-en-Provence to the Côte d’Azur. It’s an uncomplicated and moreish blend of grenache and cinsault made exactly in the style of Provençale rose that one drinks while idling away in the afternoon hours, exchanging games of petanque for plates of fresh anchovies.

Though delicious on its own as an aperitif, it pairs well with a variety of fresh seafood and charcuterie.
