Jean-Baptiste Cordises or ‘JB’ is a much-loved and highly recognisable character in Australia’s natural wine community. His face first appeared here on the floor of City Wine Shop followed by countless vintages in Europe, Australia and even making sake in Japan.

A field blend of 90% Merlot and 10% Semillon from an organically-farmed vineyard in Vine Vale. They are carbonic macerated together then spends seven months napping in fibreglass. A plush, transseasonal, incredibly moreish vin de soif.
