Chef turned sommelier turned winemaker, Adam Foster is a man of many talents and has turned his attention to the vineyard where he crafts exceptional, Rhone-inspired wines of stature and finesse.

His grenache is elegant, framed both in weight and tannin like good pinot noir. Hand-harvested fruit is wild fermented—half as whole bunches—in steel then transferred to concrete for a year’s rest. Always an impressive release, but 2020 has a precision unlike previous years.
