2021 BK 'Oishi' Carey Gully, Adelaide Hills — SA

A collaboration wine with our dear friend Brendan Keys, ‘Oishi’ was born out of late nights and early mornings talking about snowboarding in Japan. In a Covid world where travel wasn't an option, we hoped this wine would be an opportunity to visit the places you long for, over a 750ml discussion with your nearest and dearest. Pet-nat Pinot Gris that jumps from the glass and lingers in the mouth through vivacious effervescence and green apple flavour. 

2021 Brave New Wine 'Small Town' Great Southern, WA

A bright red/white blend of Gewurztraminer, Viognier, Pinot Gris, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. Everything was picked early for freshness, and saw carbonic maceration and co-fermentation for lightness and funk, gentle extraction and thus light tannins. It's the ultimate park wine, bright, aromatic and sunshiny-light for drinking out of the esky.

2021 Das Juice White Adelaide Hills, SA

Das Juice is the local brainchild of long term friends and business partner importers Tom Sheer and James Audas. When they are not importing some of the most exciting wines seen in Australia, they are sourcing fruit locally and collaborating with local producers to make accessible, fun, party-fresh wines. Das Juice! This is a juicy, sun-drenched white blend from the Adelaide Hills, sure to ignite the kindling of any party.

2021 Ada Wines 'Cheeky Charlie' Riesling Eden Valley, SA

Aromatic Riesling from Eden Valley with a twist. Organically farmed, the Riesling was left on skins for 60 days, before being gently pressed off to neutral oak for five months. The fruit spectrum is exotic, showing quince, ripe grapefruit and ginger spice. A slight oxidative note and tannic grip from the skins make this a very serious wine indeed.




2020 ICaRo Vino 'Operaio' Rosso Roman Castles, ITA

60% Nero Buono on volcanic soil, 40% Malvasia and Trebbiano. The white and red grapes are fermented separately in fiberglass and then blended before bottling for a wine of great freshness and surprising acidity with a crunchy tannin structure that lengthens and complete the drink. There is everything you need: red fruit and minerality, body, acidity and balsamic hints. Beuno!

2021 Dormilona 'Skinnie Margaret River, WA

Jo Perry is back again with another banger. She is player-coach with this wine, pushing the grapes into the realm of the weird and wonderful. Fruit is fermented with a combination of amphora and open top bins before resting on skins for six weeks.  No fining or filtration before bottling results in Sauvignon Blanc in all its raw glory. Textural wine with a wild personality that asks more questions than it gives answers.
