From Willoughby Bridge in Colbinabbin, a huge win by Pat Underwood. Tastes like watermelon, cucumber, mint spritz, it's refreshing and inviting, just like Pat!
2020 Minim 'Hitch' Sangiovese, Nero, Heathcote (Vic)
So much Tim Sproal in one pack, this time with his red berry wonderland that it 'Hitch'. Mostly Sangiovese from Heathcote's North with some Nero d'Avola rose thrwn in too. You know how it's going to taste just by looking at it...for shady trees on a warm day!

2020 Onesun 'Gigolo Juice' Sauvignon Blanc, Mornington Peninsula (Vic)
Incredible first vintage from Sam Parker who's currently working at Gentle Folk. On skins for three weeks, this is Sauvignon Blanc from the peninsula through a road less travelled. All fermented and aged in stainless, it's as fresh as a Gunnamatta duck dive in Autumn, full of bruised apple luxury aromatics and textural satisfaction.
2020 Dirty Black Denim 'Bress Vineyard' Cabernet Sauvignon, Harcourt (Vic)
The wines of Tim and Lawrence Scanlon have been on heavy rotation at our wine bars for years, but the latest release of wines are comparable to hitting a perfect drive off the tee and watching the white ball disappear into the horizon. They are home runs, knockouts, strikes, hole in one’s and slam dunks, all delivered at an approachable price point.
This wine is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Harcourt’s Bress vineyard, the last that will be farmed by the great Adam Marks. It sets out to emulate the Australian Cabernet of old, picked early at 11.5%, destemmed and soaking in it’s skins for 2 weeks. It’s bursting with blue fruits and violets and has wonderful drive and freshness. When great fruit gets into the hands of these two thoughtful winemakers, bloody good things happen…
2020 Konpira Maru 'Optimus Prime' Shiraz Pet Nat, Kilmore (Vic)
A pet nat to rule them all, the mighty Mt Midoriyama Optimus Prime!
Made with shiraz grapes from Kilmore's prized Quarry Ridge Vineyard (same that goes into the Gymkata Syrah) the fruit was kicked off with a 7 day carbonic maceration before pressing into barrel for 2 weeks then into bottle to create this beastly Pet Nat!
