A light, perfumed and aromatic Pinot Noir. The wine is made with about 30% whole bunch. Slightly saline with bright cherry and crunch other red fruit. Strong biting acidity which is incredibly refreshing on a warmer day, slightly effervescent from whole bunch press and lot's of spice. Stick in the fridge for ten minutes before you drink it. Super!
