Si Vintners is about natural farming. We aim to truly express the land upon which our vines grow, with minimal intervention in both the vineyard and winery. Semillon planted in 1979 on a south facing gravely site. Time whole bunches followed by fermentation in concrete eggs where it remains for 2 years under flor. Intense note of apricot on the nose and hint of rose. On the palate much sharper and less sweet. Lots of citrus.
