Primo Pinot Noir Pack

$235.00

A curation of some of our favourite Pinot Noirs of the moment! From the bunchy and perfumed to the delicate and refined and the dense and dark, these are 6 wines featuring heavily on the rotation of our Pinot drinking schedule. Time to simmer the risotto and fill up your cup :)

2021 Murdoch Hill Pinot Noir Adelaide Hills, Sa

This wine is a regional selection of the best vineyards within Michael Downer’s repertoire resulting in a vibrant Pinot Noir brimming with strawberry and cherry fruit. The small percentage of whole bunch provides savoury lift and spicy balance.

2021 Stefano Lubiana 'Primavera' Pinot Noir Derwent Valley, Tas

Stalwart biodynamic winemaker Steve Lubiana is meticulous both in the vineyard and cellar. Unsurprisingly, this approach results in precise and expressive wines that showcase the best of south-eastern Tasmania. Primavera is made to be approachable, with silky tannins, soft acidity and great generosity of fruit. A beautiful soft red wine with a natural medium body that has great drinkability.

2021 Combes 'Moonah' Pinot Noir Mornington Peninsular, Vic

Oscar Hermann’s releases have been some of the most exciting wines we’ve tasted in the past year. He has just released his second-round of 2021 wines and we were every bit as excited. This year's Moonah comes from Balnarring on the Mornington Peninsula. Darker fruited and richer than his Yarra release, a wine to sit and ponder on in the cooler months ahead.

2019 Save Our Souls Pinot Noir Mornington Peninsular, Vic

Save Our Souls is a collaboration between two friends, Jason Searle and Bill Downie. They source their fruit from all over Victoria including the Yarra Valley and Mornington Peninsula. This is quintessential Mornington Peninsular Pinot Noir, pretty, perfumed, red berries, spice.

2021 Prancing Horse 'The Pony' Pinot Noir Mornington Peninsula, Vic

'Pony' is the wine from Prancing Horse created from the more youthful vines of the estate. As such it is more generous in it's fruit profile and shows its vivacity and youthfulness in a wine that jumps from the glass with primary red fruit like red cherries and strawberries. Biodynamically farmed

2020 Dubuet Boillot Bourgogne Cote d'Or Rouge Volnay – Burgundy, Fra

From Volnay fruit. Delicate and pretty violets lift from ripe raspberry and cherry nose. There is an underlying amaro cherry and plum. Wonderfully tense and mineral. The palate, is again beautifully mineral with delicate ripe tannins wrapped in sumptuous fruit.
