A gentle sparkling red made from a blend of Neretta (a rare native Piedmont variety prized for its dark colour and spicy tannins) plus Barbera & Dolcetto. It’s made in a style similar to REAL Lambrusco and drinks that way, bursting with dark fruits. It’s bone dry & tart with perky tannins and searing acidity. Beautifully effervescent and refreshing with a light chill. Bring on the pizza, salumi and rich pasta’s. Irresistible drinking pleasure!
