Following years of selling his grapes to iconic natural winemakers such as Frank Cornelissen and Lamoresca, Dario Serrentino began vinifying and bottling his own estate wines in 2014. Located in Val di Noto, in south-eastern Sicily.
These wines feature the unmistaken fine salinity that comes from these beach vines on limestone soils. Calaiancu’ Bianco is a Grillo dominate blend, full of bright lemon flavours, saline-tined acidity, and stony minerality.
