Three white wine wines that are light, bright and ooze an easygoing nature that makes them approachable in any setting.
2019 Joseph Kirkland Pinot Gris, Yarra Valley (Vic)
Fantastic Pinot Gris that doesn't take itself too seriously. Citrus driven and refreshing!
2018 Racine Picpoul de Pinet, Languedoc (Fra)
From the seaside village of Meze on the Mediterranean, Picpoul translates to 'lip stinger' which is a nod to it's acid framework. The estuary that Meze looks out onto, is covered with oyster farms so it's no surprise the local wine is a perfect bedpartner with our salty, slippery friends. Racy, fresh and crisp white wine made for the seaside.
2019 Vino da Tavolo 'Bianco', Central Victoria (Vic)
A blend of Falanghina, Fiano and Verdicchio, this is the kind of wine you would expect to drink on the Italian Coastline, paired with fresh shellfish pasta and a sunset. Fresh, textural and always appropriate.
