Talbot road vineyard, MV6 and D5V12 Pinot noir grown on red clay over limestone. 95% destemmed, short (roughly one week) maceration, basket pressed and aged in old French oak for about 8 months then almost a year in bottle. 60 dozen produced. Picked lively and juicy, but having accumulated savoury spice with time in barrel and bottle, this is a good all-rounder.
