After harvest, the red grapes are left on to macerate on their skins for about 20 days, during this time fermentation takes place. Dry, juicy, cherry fruit driven flavours and a cool luscious/viscous feeling on the palate. Clean and pretty. Has a touch of Northern Rhone vibes about it.
