What a find! Juicy Gamay, Poulsard, Mondeuse blend from Bugey, just outside of Savoie, made by young up and comer Gregoire Perron who has been farming his vineyards biodynamically and without any additions including sulphur since 2009. Darker than we thought it might be but still juicy. Tastes like sarsaparilla. Perfect with a little chill on it.
