Viognier fermented on skins. This is orange wine (or tangerine!). Its approachability is very high, with a textural but very fresh style. Citrus peel scents, some green herbs, dash of dried apricot, ginger and bergamot. The palate is sweet-feeling while it’s a dry wine. There’s a grind of chalky tannin, slash of tangerine and a underlaying acidity. It’s fresh, fun, easy to drink. - Notes from the winemaker.
