Crunchy red apple, pear and spice, our skinsy pinot gris is produced from two sites in the Tamar Valley. Both parcels were fermented on skins, the first from the West Tamar spent 7 days on skins, whilst the second from Relbia macerated for 7 months. Layered and textured drinking.
