Coming from a single vineyard in the Adelaide Hills, the majority o the fruit is then fermented wild in barrel, creating a textural and smoke-laden sauvignon that defies the ‘crisp and tropical’ stereotype of the variety from this region. More weight in the mouth, and more delicious energy!
