Biodynamic farming, no sulphur
This is another maceration (orange) wine released by Jean Ginglinger for only the second time this year. We are very keen on macerated Alsace grape varieties and this wine is no exception. It was macerated for three weeks.
It is long on flavour and very good as a food wine. Everything is here, spice flavours, floral notes, tannic impressions derived from skin and pip tannins, freshness and drinkability. A great wine and a great introduction to macerated wines from Alsace which are starting to achieve the respect they deserve. - Notes from the importer, Living Wines
