Adam Foster loves Heathcote. He loves the ancient soils, the climate, the fruit that grows in the area. This is his personal label that focuses on individual parcels of fruit from some of the most idiosyncratic vineyards in the region.

Light but finely detailed, showing bright cherry and strawberry notes against a backdrop of fine, savoury tannin. It has that unique Nebbiolo quality which manages to be both light and deep in flavour at the same time. Oak sits firmly in the background, the fruit, as should always be the case with Nebbiolo, is the star.
