The Casterlcerino Cru sits at 320m with a Southeast exposure on medium-textured volcanic soil. Vine age is approximately 60 years. Aged for 9 months on fine lees and a short period in bottle before release. Pronounced aromas of almonds, lemon peel, apple blossom & ginger. Mineral driven with tension and acidity. Grows in complexity with air, medium texture with striking freshness. Grapefruit, lemon curd, red apple and spice on the palate with great length.
