We’re incredibly excited to have teamed up with Rhen Dodd (Ephemera) for a unique bottling that comes from a biologically farmed vineyard on the north western edge of the Yarra Valley. 70% whole bunch, three week maceration without pumping over or plunging then spending six months in puncheon lending no more than a whisper of structure to this otherwise blithe, guzzle-able wine.
