A rosé made from some in certfied organic Merlot & Shiraz from Willyabrup. A touch of skin contact then pressed straight to tank for ferment. Lots of battaonage to check in some mid wieght texture, full malo, then racked off to settle before bottle. No additives, finings nor filtration to bottle.
