Region: Rias Baixas, ESP
100% Albarino grown from 30 to 70 year old vines, planted in various different vineyards in the village of Meano. Soils are granitic and sandy. Fermented 50% in stainless steel and 50% in oak, and aged for up to 6 months in large oak foudres to broaden it's shoulders and integrate it's acidity. Intense, mineral, vibrant. Delicate and refreshing with flavours of citrus fruits, apples and honeysuckle. Silky texture with a rounded finish.
