Chill it down, get the crew around (on zoom)
Want to drink a glass of red wine, but also want to be hydrated and feel refreshed? this ones for you. Three red wines that stand to attention when the temperature drops in the glass.

2020 Express Winemakers 'Drinking Wine', Great Southern (Wa)
Just look at the colour on this thing...Bacchus's answer to a Calippo! Organically farmed Grenache, Mourvedre, Malbec and Pinot Noir was hand-picked from vineyards in Margaret River and the Great Southern. All fruit was foot-stomped and wild-fermented. Vin de soif from the West!
2019 Brash Higgins 'CINS' Cinsault, McLaren Vale (Sa)
This is poolside wine defined. Cherry starburst, nutmeg and ginger, it's so bloody refreshing although can easily transition from the pool to the dining room, the elegant statesman (in togs) that it is. Another great release from one of the superstars of the Vale.
2020 Jumping Juice Pinot Noir, Gippsland (Vic)
Xavier 'Glou Glou' Goodridge has produced another outstanding expression of carbonic chilled goodness from his Groovy Gippsland Grape factory that is impossibly smashable. It's bright, it's light, and for the imminent spring sunshine, it's just right!
