Bruno Rocca, has now given the reins to the production and care of the estate to his children Louisa and Francesco. They have continued to cultivate the family’s 15ha of vineyards without the use of synthetic fertilizers and herbicides. The celebrated clay and limestone soils of this very special vineyard creates wines with dense aromas and flavours of red and black cherries, fresh tobacco leaf, a touch of leather, vanilla and allspice, with dried red flowers and a fine smoky note just for starters. This is a powerful wine that slides gracefully over the palate. It then takes hold of the drinker with its firm, velvet-textured tannins and its naturally fine acid structure.
