Fanny Finch was the first known woman in Australia to vote in a municipal election in 1856. Tom and Sally find her a to be a great inspiration and have dedicated this wine to her.
35-year-old sauvignon blanc vines on the east-facing slopes at the base of the Christmas Hills provide the fruit for this wine that has immense depth and complexity. The wine unmistakably reflects its origins; the depth and innate complexity of the mature vines’ flavoursome fruit, and the combination of power and restraint from the exposed slopes protected from the western and northern heat by the precipitous Christmas Hills.
