Region: Cardinia Ranges, VIC
Variety: Pinot Noir
This is our second release from the Pinot Noir block that faces our house in Emerald. The owners of the Paternoster Vineyard, Phil and Carlin, have been incredibly generous with the resources and time to help us create this wine. The name comes from Pink Floyds 7th studio album, which i think is one of the most underrated albums by the Floyd.
No whole bunches, no new oak, a small amount in barrel, rest in stainless. Designed to be drunk, as all good drinks are. - Notes from the winemaker
