We have made this blend for a few years and it shows the character of the vineyard well. This wine will enjoy some air to open up. A blend of: Cabernet Sauvignon matured in tank (40%), Petit Verdot which had partial whole bunch fermentation and matured in seasoned French barriques (40%), Pinot Noir (777) which was de-stemmed and matured in French barriques (20%).
