Grenache Noir, estate-grown fruit. Pressurage direct, the very first and clear part of the juice from the press. Fermentation took nearly two years in old barriques. During this time the wine was unracked. A Blanc de Noirs of Grenache Noir, a little oxidation. Not in Jura-style, just a little very delicate oxidation. Bottled in July 2020.- High Hopes Wines Co
